I personally like using the oil moisturizers that are also heat protectants. I find they work much better then the typical spray ones.

The treseme one in the black bottle works well for Me, but no matter what heat protectent you use you're still causing damage to your hair. Try and embrace your natural hair so you don't have to use heat on it all the time

Yeah, I've used the tresseme one for awhile, I recently switched to the chi. I swear heat protectant sprays make my hair feel dry and brittle, so I don't use them like I should, my stylist uses the serum type heat protectants, and they work a lot better.

I actually use the Aussie heat protectant, it smells really nice and I really like it a lot! its not very expensive and It works very well for me, you should try it! :)
