Ok some moths ago, like maybe starting in Late Aug. I decided to do something stupid. I put Peroxide in my hair, my long pretty healthy never damaged hair. Just to lighten it... (long story) And like maybe 3 months later I put a perm in it, I my edges was becoming hard to manage...

Anyway. I was reading and I was told that if I keep it moisturized and trimmed (which I guess as it grows out, just cut off the damaged hair), Not to use any chemicals (which when I did put that perm in, a lot of my hair unusually fell out.

Which I knew my hair was damaged then. More that a hand full of hair coming out of my head? I was surprised I wasn't bald.) it should go back to its healthiness.

I was wondering what product that exist, best keeps coursed curly hair best moisturized? Seeing that I have to go natural for a minute.

I like Cantu Shea Butter for Naturals hair line and Shea moisture shampoos. Also get coconut oil.

Get some oils on your locks!! My hair was really damaged so what I did for a couple of weeks was put coconut oil and a honey mix into my hair starting from the ears and go down. I then put it up in a messy bun. I did this every morning and only washed my hair once a week with bicarbonate soda. It really worked for my hair. Hope this helps :)

I would use the palmers coconut lotion and coconut oil after washing and blow drying hair. It's best if you limit your hair washing to once a week or I do it every two to three weeks. It's best if you avoid straightening and doing more braids. And see a hair professional who really knows relaxed and natural hair. Hope this helps.
