I've been thinking about trying it, but I've been reading mixed reviews about it. I heard it leaves your hair really dry. I need some opinions from you guys. Does it really work?!?!

I use it on my horses an myself! It's amazing stuff your hair will grow really fast. The conditioner says you can leave it in but I don't. I leaving it in while I shave my legs an then rinse. It's cheap too! Get it at Sally's in the gallon size it will last you forever! Hope this helps!

Mane and Tail is great for ur hair. With any shampoo it's good to switch it up every few months anyways. I never had an issue w dryness. It's great.

I used Mane and Tail for a little while in an attempt to get my hair to grow. Personally, I found my hair got really thick before it started to get longer, but considering my hair is already really thick it just looked poofy. There is a conditioner too if you notice your hair is dry.
I think if you're looking for volume and length it's a good buy though
