So my friend told me she tried the inversion method (look it up on google) and her hair actually grew one inch in about a week, does this actually work and has anyone tried it?

I hear it works :)
I want to do it. I plan to start soon.
The sight I read, it says how to do it and grow and inch of hair within seven days.
Put oil on your hair. It says olive oil but I'm going to use coconut oil. And then after the seven days of doing it you wait for about three weeks so your body does not get used to doing it. If your body gets used to it then it will not work any more.
Also it says just do it for 4 min and leave the oil in your hair for at least two hours.
I am so trying this :)

Kirsten, there are a lot of reviews on it and a lot of women say it works. I know it sounds silly but there is a science to it.
Also even if it doesn't help with the hair there are also other benefits with it. It helps release pressure from the back so it does not deteriorate as fast. Also there was a doctor that would do this to help people with their back pains.
I'll post the website I was looking at.

Nothing will make your hair grow faster.
