Best Shampoo For Dull Frizzy Hair

I have really frizzy hair, not too curly and not too straight. It looks fine when I don't blow dry it but when I do it's everywhere! If I find a product that works then it makes my head itch and I get greasy too quick! Help please on what to do????:)

I use sunsilk curl shampoo and conditioner I think it's a green bottle. Then for styling I use Redken soft curls 05 I'm not entirely sure that's the right name. And I use the pink Pantene curl mousse. I let it air dry and twirl it with my fingers.
