How do I get green and black hair blonde again.

I say put a dark brown on, then leave for a while, you will then need to bleach it to a gingery colour, and keep bleaching till its done but it will ruin your hair.

You should just do weaves because it's going to be really weak after you dye it. Especially on black hair.
