Does any one have any ideas on how to make your skin look and feel a lot my healthier and how to get a shine in your skin? X.

I just wash with Cerave using my face brush, exfoliate with Aveeno naturals skin brightening scrub, use witch hazel as as toner, then yes my shea moisture African black soap moisturizer and st. Ives collagen moisturizer. 2x/day then every other night I use a st, Ives apricot scrub. And I use a variety of face masks. This is my skin. Also I don't wear face makeup (foundation, concealer, blush, contour)

The last part isn't necessary but just make sure to always take your makeup off at night.

Always moisturise!! exfoliate your face once a week, use a facial mask once a week, I recommend using a primer before makeup, have a skin regime and follow it everyday
for body, use a body brush, moisturise everyday or after shower

This is my first contribution here.

1. Drink plenty of water as it makes your skin hydrated.
2. Eat well. Your diet affects your skin. Make sure it contains fruits and vegetables for vitamins.
3. Wash your face before bed and in the morning. This really made a difference for my skin.
4. Apply rose water to your skin. I tried this and it actually made my skin glow, I was amazed by the result.
