I want to lighten my hair except not bleach it also I have dark blond hair.

Apply lemon juice and sit in the sun, maybe? I've heard that works.

You can lift with 40 vol developer only. I've done it before. It works but takes longer than bleach

I use a spray called Sun In. It works with heat so all you do is spray your hair with it then blow dry or sit in the sun. It's extremely cheap & easy I love it!

Yeah sun in works great, except it can be very drying so I would also use an oil like Organix Morroacan Oil

If your hair isnt coloured try a high lift tint :)

Don't do sun in!! it will then your hair orange if your hair is too light!!
