Could they be black/whiteheads? If that's the case, try pore strips and a salicylic acid cleanser. The pore strips will pull out the looser ones (always do this BEFORE you wash your face, so that you wash out any remaining bacteria), and the salicylic cleanser will work to dissolve the layers of gunk in your pores :)

Try to stay away from powder makeup because that will make your pores even bigger, also try the professional primer or the baby skin primer to minimise the look of them :) or just go easy on the make up to let your skin breath - if these bumps get worse you might want to visit your dermatologist : )

I recently purchased a fave masque from Sally's beauty supply. I absolutely love it. It's Avocado&Grapefruit about $5. As its on your face it tightens your skin n reduced poors n blackheads. It actually dries the acne out n makes it easier to go away.
Hope I helped!

You should just try a pore filling/blurring primer like the Benefit Porefessional. There's really no guaranteed way to shrink your pores.

Cleanse your face and use face toner then moisturise and do it daily. Make sure face toner is alcohol free or has very little alcohol.
