I used to have really red hair but now it has changed over time to a strawberry blonde. Is there anyway to get it back to my red color without dyeing my hair?

I'm not sure but you could research red henna or applying beet and carrot juice to hair.
Although if you meant diet wise or completely naturally like not even applying anything, then I don't know
