use a placenta based shampoo on alternative washes along with the mane n tail. but heres the thing that people dont do that i do. leave in the shampoo lather for 3-5 mins. while you do something else it works. take gel based biotin they work better and digest easier. my hair used to be bearly above my shoulders. now in 2 1/2 yrs its past my breast area.

Try wrapping your hair around a curling iron. It would look cute on your length & the heat isn't as damaging as straightening.

Try using a product that allows you to straighten your hair once and not have to completely straighten for a few days. Maybe have to do some touch ups but nothing too damaging to the hair. Also when you shower rinse with cold water to help close the hair follicle and seal in moisture to help keep frizz at by.

If you use that option I'd suggest using talcum powder, baby powder, or cornstarch to freshen up between washes.

Taking vitamins like MSM and Biotin don't promote hair growth....they do, however help maintain hair growth by minimizing breakage I use GNC's hair skin and nail vitamins for women which works very well, and I also drink a lot of water and massage my scalp on a regular basis to get the blood flow going and oil my scalp with Jojoba or Coconut Oil You should only straighten your hair once or twice every 2 weeks, and use products like Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Blow out Protector, and Citre Shine Anit Frizz Serum to maintain your blowout and Flat ironing for a longer amount of time.
