Is it damaging for hair to blowdry when hair is damp for 10-15 minutes? My settings are high and temperature is medium.

Any kind of heat is damaging, technically

Use a thermal protectant. Like Redken ironshape , Sebastian's trilliant. Spray in while damp and blow dry. It helps protect from heat!

Also use those for curling and flat ironing.

I'm not wondering how to protect it from damage but if it's super bad for hair

Ye its damaging but the level on damage depends.. On what kind of blow dryer you have.. What your hair type is and how often youre doing it. Any heat is damaging to hair but if you prefer to use a blow dryer use a protectant. And get a good tourmaline ceramic blowdryer. Also try using a condition mask on your hair once a week.

It is damaging, but not extremely. If you prefer it, go ahead & do it :) I just wouldn't do it everyday.

I blow dry my hair every day and it takes my hair about 10 minutes to dry and I straighten it and it's been perfectly fine just don't over do it.
