Sun in help??!!

Okay so from the summer I have a half full bottle of sun in for those of you who don't know what sun in is it is a hair lighter that works if you put your hair in the sun anyways is there anyway to be a able to use it and get good results with out the sun??

The instructions say you can use a blow dryer on hot or warm setting.
