My birthday is tomorrow(!!) I want to dye my hair turquoise but I don't know which way. My hair is a really dark brown and it's to my mid-back. (Kind of like pic #1) Thanks! 😊

#2. This one is kind of weird. The blue parts are supposed to be my regular hair (dark brown). The purple parts are supposed to be turquoise.

Blue looks awful when it fades. Be aware. Your turquoise will turn green. Sick, vomit colored green. I dyed my entire head teal last year, there are pictures on here of it. I recommend a shade of purple instead, but the style of the first picture is easier to execute and will look better in the long run.

The color will turn green and start to look like you were in the pool for too long. Maybe think of a different color. Also, if you don't bleach your hair the color may not show up since your hair is dark and/or if it does it'll wash out in the matter of a week in the shower.

The looks in both pics are VERY hard to achieve at home w/o a stylist! To get it to be a "true turquoise" especially the placement in the pics. If your doing your hair all one tone and you bleach it all then it will be easier to do @ home. ( Excuse if I sound like a dumb butt but my husband had me trying this speech jammer app in the middle & I had to remember where I was cause on the BL app you only have a tiny box to type in. Some of you know! Lol..)
