You may just be in your shedding phase, but try a protein treatment once a week and try to not use a lot of heat.

I'm having the same problem and I read a few places it was a biotin deficiency. Almonds, eggs, raspberries, carrots etc are supposed to be packed with biotin if you don't want to take supplements!

We tend to lose hair with changes in the weather. With every hair wash, we lose about 200 strands of hair. If you don't wash your hair everyday it adds up. A hairdresser once told me that as long as you don't have bald spots, it's perfectly normal.

I shed like an animal as long as your hair remains the same thinkness and hair lines its perfectly normal, I take very goid care of my hair, I take hair, skin & nails vitamins and have a three day wash rule... its not healthy to wash your hair every day especially if its colored. it may feel greasy on the third day if so you can use a dry shampoo or a lil pressed powder at the roots but your hair will get used to the schedule I have great color treated hair that touches the top of my jeans and every once in a while ill throwvon a cholesterol treatment

Guys my mom has had a bad habbit for a really long time, she is 44yrs old she's been dying her ever since I can remember. She's honestly told before that she'll wash her ONCE a Month!! Plus she curls her hair ALOT,and puts hairspray everyday. She's been having some serious bald spots, I feel so bad. But she doesn't seem to care. I think I'm gonna suggest she start giving her hair a break and start using Biotin. I also wanna make her a hair mask but does anyone know of a good one?? As you can imagine her hair is very dull, and easily breaks.

Get a blood test to check your vitamin levels out. Other than that deep condition your hair once a month.
