Gel Liner & Liquid Liner.....

Gel liner is, most of the time, water proof. It is easier to apply, for you have more control as opposed to using a loose brush for liquid liner. However, if you use a felt tip liner you have just as much control when using a gel liner. Gel liner can also be used on the water line, so it is less product you have to buy. and it stays on the waterline almost all day.
personally i would choose gel over liquid any day.

Gel liner can also be dipped out into a palette. More sanitary:)

I personally hate liquid liners. No pros.. As mentioned above, gel liner is easier to apply. You can also use in on your water line and it will stay on all day

Yeah, I agree. I used liqiud eye liner one time years ago and it's so messy. Ugh! I like Rimmel Gel liner in Jet Black. Thinking about trying new ones though! Which brings the next question, Best Gel Liner?

Bobbi brown but if you're looking for an inexpensive one I'd go with elf. Their gel liners are amazing especially for the price

My all time favorite is the Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner. I use it pretty much every day.
