Gel Liner & Liquid Liner.....

In my opinion gel liner is more likely to dry out quicker than liquid. But it is the easiest to apply. Liquid can sometimes be difficult if the applicator brush is too flimsy, also so liquid are really thin an runny and transfe onto you lid sometimes. I would say the best bet is going for gel!
