Maybelline Lash Stiletto is absolutely great. It doesn't clump, it lengthens amazingly and it's decent for volume as well.

Tarte Lights Camera Lashes is seriously the best I've ever tried. One Coat is all I need (although I usually apply a base coat of ELF Volumizing mascara first anyways to set my lashes where I want them).
