While I enjoy my Clarisonic I think it would be smart to look into the forea. $139 is actually cheaper than what I paid for my Mia 2. Like I said, I'm happy with mine, but had I known about the forea at the same time I may have chose differently. I would definitely compare them and then choose. I have acne prone skin and I have no issues with the Clarisonic, but everyone's skin is different so I'm sure people have bad reactions to it too. But I think a HUGE thing to keep in mind when using a Clarisonic is that you don't need to grind it into the skin and it's important to use the right brush for your skin. Also, don't go for a "dupe." None of them use the same technology as the Clarisonic. They just spin which can be very harsh and tear the skin. The Clarisonic uses sonic pulses. People will say they're the same but they absolutely are not.

I love my clarasonic! I use mine once a week because I have sensitive/dry skin, but it really cleans and makes my face look bright! It gives it a healthy glow.

Yes I use argan oil everyday. Especially when before I put makeup on. This is the only product that suits my sensitive and dry skin. So dry that I see flakes on my face. Water-based foundation would not work w/o this oil. That's how dry my face is. Just use the sensitive brush, it come with the kit. I bought mine in Nordstrom and it came with 2 extra sensitive brush and a Clarisonic cleanser. It was a good deal. One of the commentator said about Wayne Goss, that's because he used the deep cleaning brush, after many years of using sensitive brush. He was advised not to use the deep cleaning brush head which he did but he's using back the Clarisonic with the sensitive brush after weeks of resting. Brush heads need to be replace every 3-4 months. This is part of hygiene! Just like replacing your tootbrush. Though it's expensive but it's totally WORTH it.

I asked the same thing before I got mine and ended up biting the bullet. It's been great so far, never had an issue with skin purging and what not. I've got oily skin with enlarged pores in the T zone and it's helped a lot with reducing the pore sizes. To be honest I never felt like there was any difference but when I stopped using it for a week when on holiday I noticed how crappy the skin became. It's especially great with taking off make up at the end of the day. You'll be surprised with how much it gets out even after using a make up remover all over.

It's a great investment in my opinion. The only thing is pick the right brush head. I couldn't use the normal head as it broke me out. But the sensitive and acne heads were great. Hope this helps!

Yes yes yes. It's amazing. There is a purging phase but that's your skin getting rid of all the nasty junk in your pores hat are just going to cause a breakout eventually anyways. Patience is a virtues and you need to be patient. I love mine. I tried the Olay brand brush... Not the same, like at all to me anyway. The clarisonic gets makeup off my face and outta my pores even if I didn't wipe it off with a Remover wipe. I love mine.
