Buy or don't buy?

I'm following this because I'm wondering the same.

Don't buy if: sensitive skin. Dry skin. Irritated skin. Ok if: thick or oily skinned. Acne prone. Other exfoliators aren't doing the trick.

I have dry skin and I love it so I would right it off for dry or sensitive skin

Yes, even if you have sensitive dry or irritated skin. Clarisonic came out with the luxe line of brush heads now, and they are not abrasive at all, they are incredibly soft in fact so they'll work for anyone. I feel like the clarisonic is really good at taking off all my makeup and it's really improved the texture of my skin since I started using it.

I had post on this http://www.beautylish.com/t/ruawsz/clarisonic-really-acne-free

I bought one. Been using it since Christmas. I have extremely oily skin with a very mild case of milia (baby acne/ fleshtone fine bumps.) I'm in the purging phase right now. My skin is so awful. All the yucky stuff has come to the surface. It's so unsmooth. Hopefully there's light at the end. Most people say just endure and your skin will be better than ever *fingers crossed*

Yes!! I have very sensitive dry skin but I think it works great for all skin types. Best thing I have ever done for my skin, it makes it look amazing!

No

I bought it and HATED it. My skin is dry, sensitive and acne prone. I tried it for 3 months and my skin had never looked worse. I understand you skin needs to and will purge, but it shouldn't last that long. I bought the vitagoods cleansing brush, and you can get a discount code to make it 39.99. It had a sensitive, exfoliating, pumice and body attachment. Not as harsh as the Clarisonic, yet provided me the deep cleansing and exfoliating benefits. Lol I sound like a sales person. I wouldn't do the Clarisonic unless you can afford the gamble, there are tons of very mixed reviews.

I hated it. I wish I never spent over a hundred bucks for it :(

No matter what product you end up buying I would look at reviews before buying. I use makeupalley and I always find good reviews there, just simply type into google 'clarisonic reviews makeupalley) and it should come up.

I don't understand why so many people on here dislike it? I honestly think they just weren't using it right. For one, you have to get the right brush. Two, I only use at night time. And three, you don'g dig the brush into your skin, you just lightly apply to the face in slow circular motions and you shouldn't have a problem. Everyone has their own opinion on products and personally I love it, and I never had the purging problem. Yes it is very harsh on the skin when you use it a lot and use it too hard, so you just have to be careful. I also don't use the soaps from clarisonic, I just use my avon cleanser or cerave. I'm not telling you to go out and buy it but I have had awesome results with it and I really do think its about how you use the product as to how well it will work for you... Hope I helped:)

I have a clarisonic and I love it with the acne or the delicate brush but I can't use it when my skin gets dry in the winter. I hear Boscia had this sponge thing that works really well for all skin types. I plan on getting one on my next senhora trip.

Umm I'm pretty sure I was using mine correctly. I used several brushes that I thought would be best for my skin type. It's your opinion right? Plus, mine stopped charging a little over a year. Just heads up it defiantly has mixed reviews :)

As for me it works! Use it for months now and my skin brightened and glowing. I have a very dry skin and sensitive skin but using this makes those flakes go away especially this winter season. I use warm water first with soap then use Clarisonic Mia2 with sensitive brush (comes with it). Then I rinse my face with cold water. You put Josie Maran argan oil Let it absorb first then I put my cream. It's worth it.

I have heard good and bad things about Clarisonic. I've heard ppl say it's the best and I've heard ppl say it's the worst. For the price, I really hope the good outweighs the bad. I have tried the Olay cleanser and it broke me out. I also heard that the battery doesn't last long. Mmmm...

@Mylene mmm ok! Do you use the argan oil on your face everyday? What does it do for you?

No.
I have a thread on Foreo Luna and a review and details of it on my blog.
Manual face brushes are NOT THE SAME THING. If you are looking for simple exfoliation buy a simple exfoliating product. If you want to clean beyond what you can manually reach then Clarisonic is for you.
I did my research, and ended up with my Foreo Luna. Why?
What needed to come to the surface came ( not in random areas that didn't have anything wrong to begin with ) including bumps I've had since I was a little girls.
The difference between the two
The Foreo Luna is non abrasive. It's uses silicon so this is ideal and perfect for sensitive skin.
Because it uses non porous silicon you do NOT need to replace brush heads unlike the Clarisonic. Which is just a waste of money and time for something pricey ( that's my personal opinion )
And like I said. It's non abrasive. I wouldn't say because someone had an unpleasant experience with the Clarisonic meant that they used it wrong. Look up Wayne goss. He's had one and bought a 'deep cleaning brush head ' ( Foreo Luna has a deep cleaning side already no need to spend more ) and it gave him broken capillaries and he was advised not to use it anymore and he's been using it for years. Remember the Clarisonic uses nylon fibers so it is considered an abrasive device.
There are some girls on here who had both the Luna and the Clarisonic and find themselves reaching for the Luna. A lot of reviews say it has improved their skin than what the Clarisonic has and they are all about 121 pages of five and four star reviews. I can't say it's better than a Clarisonic since I've never used it but I'm sure with just the facts of the machine compared to the Clarisonic alone makes it seem like a better buy. It's meant to be used two times a day. For a minute. It transmits Transdermal Sonic Pulsations and it has helped drain my lymph nodes. ( Less fine line, less eye bags, glowing skin )
If you want to read about it, on my profile I have a link on my blog comparing it to the Clarisonic in general.

This is my Luna mini. It's meant for all skin types and the back side has a deep cleansing. It comes with two speeds high and low. And it comes in a bunch of colors. The regular Luna comes suited for each skin type specifically and has an anti aging side. Mine cost me $139.00 at askderm.com and they sent me a bunch of samples and free two day shipping.
