I can't tell from your profile pic, just find a shade that matches what you have now. Look at it. Does it suggest a warm or cool tone? No tone? Find similar words (or lack of) in which ever color you choose.

I've dyed my hair this color before~ It looks gorgeous now, but no red. I had fairly light brown hair from my previous dyes, so it didn't turn out that well. the problem was, I only had the red in my hair for approximately 2 says before it faded into an orange tone. Just be careful and do touch ups with red~!
