Yeah definitely a smokey eye! But eyebrows also! They really can help enhance your overall look and can intensify the eyes. I never used to do anything to my brows and looking back on pictures I wish I would have paid more attention to them. I also think that contouring and highlighting helps pull in the overall look. Lashes help too, make sure you are curling them (I blast my eye lash curler with a hair dryer for a few second) and I love fake lashes too (I use Ardell Wispies, not for everyday but just for when I really want to focus the look on my eyes).
