Is it maybe because you don't take the eyeliner/mascara off all the way? That happens to me sometimes.

Um, you could try an eye serum that's meant to generate more skin cells and plumping. Basically, your eye skin is so thin, your veins are "staining" it.

If you want a good concealer, Hard Candy makes an amazing one. It's called Glamoflauge.

Put a teaspoon in the freezer for a couple of seconds then take out and place on the under eye circles.

I have the same problem and believe me I've tried everything to get rid of it, cucumbers, potatoes, eye creams moisturizing and cooling. The only thing I actually feel like works what I find work the best is to drink plenty of water and get a good night sleep, makes my whole skin look brighter and fresher and the dark circles almost disappear!:)

I have pretty bad dark circles too but they are nothing like they used to be when I was really sick... Anyways I recommend using Hard Candy Glamoflauge with a brush (I use Sephora Pro Airbrush #56, but Elf's Complexion Brush is good too and its $3). I know this is off topic you should also try doing your eyebrows to help enhance your eyes once you get the dark circle issue figured out. Your dark circles are nothing compared to how bad mine used to be, so you should be able to conceal them. I would also try applying foundation first and then a concealer and then just set with a powder so it last all day. Hope I helped:)
