Because I don't have sensitive skin, I use it twice a day without any problems. If your skin is sensitive, too much exfoliating might be a bit irritating to your skin.

I use to use it twice a day,but now that it's winter my skin was getting really dry so for now I use it at night!:) but if your skin doesn't get dry easily then use it twice a day. I wish I could use it twice a day because the clarisonic is the only thing that makes my face feel clean.

Oh! I also have dry skin and if I don't use it twice a day in the winter it gets worse because I'm not exfoliating it off :)

I used to do mine twice a day as well but I adjust it depending on how my skin feels. I usually just use it at night now though. I don't find that I need it in the morning so much, but at night I like to use it especially if I had makeup on.

I use like twice every month, I have extremely sensitive skin, my skin will breakout from literally anything, & I tried to use it twice a day, worst experience of my life. my dermatologist told me not to use it everyday, because of my extremely sensitive skin
