You are a beautiful young girl. I don't think you should do too much. A small change can make a big impact. Like lining upper and lower lashline with a rich dark brown eyeliner (and waterline). Kinda of a rocker chick look. You could also strengthen your brows a bit but not too much. Winged liner is pretty but do you really want to do that everyday? I'd save that for nighttime and special occasions.
