Sally ranges from 99 cents up to almost 8$ for the biggest.

The glitter is actually purple with green in it. In person it came out more green than expected. But I used a purple eyeshadow underneath the glitter.

Yes it was the 99cent one. But I didn't use the adhesive. I used an adhesive by hard candy.

I bought some Lit Cosmetics glitter after seeing and trying it at The Makeup Show NYC. It's pretty awesome, as is the adhesive they sell to apply it.
