I have hair down to my belly button and by the end of the school day it ends up extremely staticy especially if I wear a long sleeve or hoodie. I believe it's from me pulling my hair out from in between my backpack and shoulder. How do I prevent this from happening/ keeping it to a minimal?

Spray a little hairspray on the parts of your baag where your hair clings, and a little bit on your hair (You don't have to douce it, just give it a spritz or two, but just give the backside of your bag a quick spray down.

Or keep a dryer sheet on you, and just rub it on your hair when it feels staticky.

The hairspray will eliminate the static and if your bag has a little coat sprayed on it should block the static from your hair.

Rinse your hair in lukewarm water in the shower and let it airdry. hot water dries it out which will make static worse and the same obviously for using heat in any way. a dab of lotion helps too but be careful or you can end up looking greasy.
