What's the difference & how often do you use them?

You mean the Clarisonic Aria? If so that's a type of Clarisonic, made by the same brand. Really almost all models of Clarisonic do the same thing. The only real difference in any of them is the settings and features that are different over all the device models. Like for example I have the Mia 2 and the only difference between it and the normal Mia is that the 2 has 2 speed settings and an pulse that tells you to move to the next area of the face. But more or less they all cleanse the same way. If you're really confused and not sure what to get I would go to Sephora and talk to an associate. I had done a little research on my own but going in to a store and talking to an associate is how I came to purchase my Mia 2. They should be able to answer all your questions about the specific devices and any accessories or settings certain models come with.
