How to make my baby hair look like I not balding or have a receeding hair line?

My baby hair makes it look like I am balding at my hair line or it's receeding? Receiving? Idk which one how can I fix this? It's baby hair so it doesn't grow out and it's like blonde (look by the bow) I promise I'm not balding!!

Ok I will be dying my hair red auburn burgundy soon for a little while then I will be bleaching it white will that conceal it? And what kind of hair styles conceal it?

For quick temporary results you can can always use eyeshadow :) I've seen tarte use their brow powder ( or some powder) that way and it makes your hair look so much fuller. there's quite a few products out there that are meant to cover up regrowth so try Sally's beauty. I haven't exactly looks into those products or know how good they are but It's worth a shot.

Take a spare toothbrush, some pomade or hairspray on the tooth brush and comb them into place. You can also wet the tooth brush a little before adding products
