For quick temporary results you can can always use eyeshadow :) I've seen tarte use their brow powder ( or some powder) that way and it makes your hair look so much fuller. there's quite a few products out there that are meant to cover up regrowth so try Sally's beauty. I haven't exactly looks into those products or know how good they are but It's worth a shot.

Take a spare toothbrush, some pomade or hairspray on the tooth brush and comb them into place. You can also wet the tooth brush a little before adding products
