It very well could be the toothpaste irritating the corners of your mouth. Switch toothpastes for a while to see if that helps clear it up. Have you changed anything in your skin care routine or just toothpaste.

Thank you ladies for feedback. I was thinking that it,s because of the weather, but I stay home more now and few days ago I got a very dry and red patch, and remembered that changed the toothpaste to a whitening one. I tried to moisturize it more and an oatmeal mask, but didn,t saw any progress:-)

You might want to try the oatmeal and almond yardley soap that's great to sooth skin. Also try hydrocortisone cream or something from aveeno over the counter to reduce the inflammation.
