Well I have the same, and what you need to do as you got thick lovely hair is to dont put any heat on it for 2 weeks!

I little more info would help on if you did something to it. Like did you recently dye it or some other thing. My guess is you need more protein in your hair. By Protein I mean go to Sally's or a beauty supply store near you and get protein packets. Another I swear by but it stinks is take 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water mix put it on your hair, wait about 25 minutes and wash out. It will make your hair soft!!!

I would say, start using Argan Oil and also deep conditioner twice a week. That is what I do with my hair - it's over dyed and dried out from heat styling tools.

Too add on to what Mindy was saying with the argon oil, something i use on my hair to help heal the damage and help it grow is by the brand matrix. It's called Total Results silk wonder styling oil. Its $4 from Beauty Brands, and lasts a long time! you only needs 1-3 drops for all over your hair. It's a copy cat argon oil, just not as expensive. You should start to notice results in 2-3 weeks if you continually use it after getting out of the shower. Also try not using so much heat on your hair. Go for heat styling products only 3-4 times a week so your hair can catch a break! Hope this was helpful :) xoxoautum <3

Mix together a little honey olive oil and egg yolk heat it in the microwave for 8-9 seconds make sure you mix it well then brush it evenly through dry hair put a hot towel or shower cap over it and let it set for about 30 minutes then wash it out with shampoo and conditioner it may not sound like something you would want to put on your head but I tried it and it makes your hair smooth and shiny:)

Try Redken's Strength Builder Plus from their Extreme line. Use once a week, leave on for 15 mins. Or so then rinse & condition. You'll see the difference in your hair after the first use.

Regular conditioning treatments for moisture AND protein will help! Stay away from chemicals and heat as much as possible!
