I'm looking for a product to make my shadows into liners and make them waterproof. Can any one help?

There are a lot if shadows out there that you can use "wet or dry". when you wet your brush the shadow will apply with more pigment. you should use a liner brush for that type of application. Urban Decay shadows can be applied that way and a lot of the "baked" type shadows can be used that way.

Elf Makeup Lock and Seal. It's a product I use to lock my eyeshadow in place, make eyeliner and apply glitter to my lids.

I do it with almost all of my shadows, as long as they are matte. It does work better if you use a lid primer but I don't always.
