This might be a stupid suggestion, but maybe you could try using an eyeliner to get a really defined line until you really get the technique down? I'm not an expert, by any means, but I think that might work :) also, I love the color combo! Did you know Diggie has a youtube channel? It's MakeupByDiggie, and he has a cut crease tutorial on it :)

Looks cute! I would just make the crease and eyelid contrast even more. you can make the crease a lot darker and then blend it out.

@ hannah I know what you mean about the eyeliner to define the crease but for me personally I think its cheating I wan to get better by working on it not cheating I don't know if I'm explaining my self? You get me? Lol... I checked it out, he only has one video right?

Think you did a great job. Good choice in colors.I would suggest maybe filling in brown with a shadow aswell and maybe some false lashes.

I've attached a pictorial of one of my Cut Creases.

They can be a bit complicated at first but I bet if you keep practicing you will be able to do them flawlessly

Add some dark brownto the outer corner. That'll create a cool effect with the light brown and bluish cololrs.

I first start off with an eye shadow base. I then draw my new crease with an angled brush and some eye shadow. The line is just there to guide me. As I blend my colors you see that the line gets lost in between the colors (that fine) It was a rough sketch of where I wanted to start adding/blending colors. I clean it up with concealer. Then I just apply the lid color and glitter or just the eye shadow.

I'm messing up right at the start lol I don't draw the guide line lol what a dumb ass lol I'm a try it again with it. Thanks diggie

I use an angled brush and draw my crease line, above my natural crease. then I use the same eyeshadow and blend above the line I made. all while keeping the line crisp and sharp. I concur with what Jacqueline and diggie said too.

@ashley ohhh so its above the crease not in it?

Jan 6, 2014

Ashley L.

Yeah I do it slightly above that way the line doesn't get lost in my crease lol.. I have a deep crease. next time I make a pictorial I'll take pictures with my eyes open to show where I do it.

From looking at your pictures you just need to move your darker shade a little higher.. just a tad.
