I always have trouble putting on lipstick like my lips never look fuller they just look different coloured and it looks like I have little flaky bits on my lips. please tell me how to apply lipstick step by step and also how to make my lips look smoother while wearing it.

1. Use a lip scrub to get all the dead skin and dirt off (diy videos on youtube)
2. Wash your lips to make sure there extra clean
3. Get your lipstick and start on the left corner of your bottom lip and work your way over to the right side of your bottom lip
4. Do the same to the top lip and dab your top lip with your finger
5. And vawala you have perfectly smooth lushes lips

One way to give the illusion of fuller lips is to use a slightly darker color on the outer corners of your lips to sort of contour them, and you can also use a highlight on your cupids bow and darken the underside of your bottom lip to creat a shadow from pouty lips :) hope I made sense.
