Lost Cosmetic Lids?!

I don't know how successful this will be, but I figured I would ask if any of you know of anywhere to purchase generic or even company sold individual lids for cosmetic products.

I have a Ben Nye Conceal All Wheel that I love to pieces, but cannot find the little screw-on lid that came with it for the life of me. I couldn't find an individual lid or even container on the a few different Ben Nye E-tailers, or even at my local Ben Nye supply store, and have had no luck finding any on other obscure websites. So my question to anyone is do you by chance know where I can buy a lid that would fit, or even an inexpensive product that I could purchase strictly for the lid? And also for anyone else who has lost other types of lids and found solutions: What products were they, and what worked for you?
