I want to start using apple cider vinegar as a toner. Do you have to dilute it? If so, how much water and how much apple cider vinegar should I use?

I've never heard of using it as a toner! and yes I would try one part vinegar and one part water. but I don't suggest using this a lot if you don't have acne cause it really dries out your skin! I just use it as spot treatment

Yes, You HAVE to dilute it unfortunately, because of your skins PH. about 67/33 ( acv and water ).
I personally use it for my skin and it's dry, and does not dry it out.

Yes, you will have to dilute it. It will irritate your skin if you don't. :)
