You can add a dark blue eyeliner to your waterline to make your brown eyes pop.

I think a little more dark eyeshadow under your eye would make the look really nice :) Maybe a matte brown in your crease too? Just to give some depth to the look :)

Maybe highlight your inner tear duct and lip gloss. One of my favorites is NYX butter gloss in vanilla cream pie! I think it would look great on you

You may try a smudged liner in a deep choco brown (With golden shadows) or a navy smudged liner with grey shadows. Or maybe just mascara with a super bold lipstick:-)

You can try highlighting your inner corner and middle half under the eyes. This will brighten the eyes for a more fresh, bold look. I recommend the nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk and cottage cheese. You can also try highloghting your brow bone as well as the bridge of your nose, chin and Cupids bow. :)

It looks like your eyes are brown and purple liner along the waterline would make them pop! Also definitely blush and maybe try contouring and highlighting if you're bored.

Bright lipsticks are an easy change up too!

You seem to have pretty good skin, so I'd say some concealer on the undereyes and on the eye area just to brighten up the area a little bit
Some pressed powder so it gives some coverage
Blush, bronzer
Smudged pencil eyeliner and set with black eyeshadow
A lot of mascara
