Primer is difficult to recommend because everyone's skin is so different. But my favorite drugstore primer is Revlon's Photoready. They make 2 versions, I have the color correcting one. This primer us so soft & smooth but does not have that oily, slippery feel, which I hate. And it really does blur discoloration with the color correcting properties.
