What make up and shoes??

I have this dress and plan on wearing it this weekend. I wanna go for a vintage type look...what shoes and make up do you think would look good? Thanks :)

The obvious would be red shoes but try not to be obvious I think a dark pink (not bright pink, but dark, and dusty, like a suede) heel would look good with dark pink lips and neutral eyeshadow with winged eyeliner
