Maybe this isn't beauty related but I think it is at least skincare related. I'm really sick right now I'm about to go to sleep but the inside of my nose is so painfully dry. Is it safe to put like aquaphor in my nose? What do you all recommend I do to help this? Very uncomfortable. Thank you :)

This happens when the air is dry, usually people with sinus, migranes and allergies suffer from dry nasal tracks. Invest in a humidifier, it will help you sleep peacefully and prevent allergies or nose bleeds.

If humidifier is not an option, try covering your nose with a moist wipe at night. It will create the same humid affect for while.

You need to create moisture or create a barrier. So as the beauties mentioned, vaseline or lip balm just on the inside of your nostrils or a humidifier :)
