So I always see YouTube gurus using the Naked/Naked 2 palette is it really worth the money? how is it different from any other neutral eyeshadows? What's the hype about?

Honestly, I have the naked 2 palette and I hardly reach for it. It's just kind of blah to me. Now my vice palette on the other hand I'm obsessed with and use it all the time.

Eh... There really isn't anything special considering that they are common nuetral colors. The perk is the convenience of having it in a sleek palette.

Yes, I think they are worth the hype. I have both, and I'd say I reach for the Naked palette more often than the Naked 2 on a daily basis. $50 isn't a lot to spend on a bunch of eyeshadows that are going to last you a LONG time. I don't use my drugstore eyeshadows nearly as much because I simply like the quality, texture and pigmentation of the Naked palettes much more. I have been using my Naked palette for over a year and have yet to hit pan on most of the eyeshadows.

The Naked palette has been a great buy for me because it has some great warm shades that work with my skintone. The pigmentation is beautiful and so it doesn't take much product to getva great eye look.

I don't regret buying it, but I don't know if NAKED was entirely worth the hype? It's a very nice product, but.... I don't know.

I love my naked pallets. With that said I have so many drugstore quads and trios with similar colors. But IMO the Nake pallets do have few unique colors. Will I repurchase?? Probably because I'm a makeup addict =\

I love the UD Naked palettes, I think for me the main difference is the texture of the shadows, I find them more pigmented & easier to blend then a lot of other brands

I have the original naked palette and i also just bought it because of all the hype surrounding it. I have used it on a few occasions and i do like the colours but i would usually choose my 28 neutrals palette over the naked palette for a daytime or smokey brown look. It has more shadows to choose from and was a lot cheaper. The pigmentation isnt as good as the urban decay shadows but with a good primer they come close

I have both palettes & the difference is in the quality & pigmentation. The eyeshadows are long lasting & the colors really bring out your eyes. I'm sure many other eyeshadows have these same qualities so thats where the cute packaging comes in. The first Naked palette is velvet package & comes with a double sided eyeliner & the Naked2 is insulated plastic metal like a lunch box.

I am not a fan of the basics aka neutrals Im a big color person, however I have the book of shadows III the one with a light up popup of NYC and I love it. The quality of UDS products are what is hype to me(:

Owning the naked pallets have eliminated buying so many other shadows. Because ill be shopping, and think oh that's so pretty, and then remind myself I have one similar in the naked pallet and move on. So it's been a good investment for me to have money wise, and shadow wise. They are great quality, and you really don't need much else in your makeup if you just want to keep it simple. It's a great buy. I've bought one for my sister and mom as well.

I have the Naked 2 palette. I'm a teacher and I find that these shades are appropriate for everyday wear and of course have great quality. If you're looking for nice neutral shades with a variety of finishes, I'd say it's worth it.
