-add pink food coloring to the icing
-cut off the top of the cupcake
-ice the cupcake
-with a heart cookie cutter cut a heart
- ice the cupcake
-place top back on the cupcakes
-Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top
-Arrange on a plate with strawberry milk:)

World market has super cute trays for baking in heart shapes and you could make desserts and even food in them. I also have seen other valentines stuff there too but mainly for baking tools. I would look on pinterest for valentine dinner idea's as far as food goes
