I have a pair of semi opaque white tights and I'm not sure what to wear them with. I have a lot of dresses as well. Any thoughts or opinions?

I would do maybe a purple dress with black heels preferably a velvet type of fabric ;) Or a burgundy dress with the same type of shoes ;)
