I need advice for contouring! I've tried it a couple times and the bronzer ways makes me look so dark and un natural.

Here's a video. Jacyln how over contouring for different skintones. Also, there's this "rule" to not contour with bronzer. Bronzer is suppose to add warmth to the face and contouring is supposed to be cool toned to create a shadow or hallow area

You can by contouring kits, they generally contain a highlighter (shimmery/matte white) and a matte brown shader, basically dark colours receed features, light colours bring out features, put the shader where you want to slim down or reshape, and put the highlighter where you want to show off e.g cheekbones, if you want more a sunkissed look with bronzer put it on in a figure of 3 (above eyebrow, across cheekbone, and along jawline) on both sides of the face. And remember to blend, and use a light hand :)

I watched Jaclyn's video and she used bronzer for contour. It looked alright, maybe it works because Holla is kinda matte and she's really tan? Verrrrryyy confused.

First off, don't use a Bronzer. Bronzers are not for contouring and that's why it looks unnatural. Get a matte brown/tan powder and lightly add shadows to your face. I find if I do more than one light dusting, it looks odd.
