It depends on how bad your skin is. I don't worry as much since i don't have skin problems, but i do exfoliate every other day, i make sure to use a moisturizer with SPF, i stay away from products that irritate my skin, i drink lots of water, eat healthy & work out to balance my hormones. And most importantly, i wash off my makeup every night before bed. I use Clinique moisturizer, Lancôme Visionaire & some other skin care products from The Body Shop.

The items I use to keep my skin in line works. Some are super pricey and some are drugstore gems. Its been all about trial and error for me and learning about what is best for my skin during different times of the year to get the best results. Along with that I eat healthy and I workout daily.

The problem I see a lot is people not using the right skincare for their age, once u get past a certan age u should use products that are gna help your skin for your concerns, doesn't matter of the cost aslong as u are using the right products and also for your skin type. I use a cleanser (a wash cuz I have oily combination skin, a toner, a serum then my moisturiser (mask and exfoliaters) . I think every1 should have a good skin routine (regardless if you spend £10-100)

I am very hot on my heels about my face routine, but recently I haven't bothered with my night routine (except taking off makeup). I have noticed a massive change but I will get back on track sometimes it's just too much effort!!

the thing with most skin care routines is they take time and diligence to notice a difference but to me its worth it
