I have this dress and I want to wear it for a party and I want to wear it with patterned tights and heals, but I don't know what kind would look nice with it. Also I don't know how to wear my hair and what make up to put on, (btw I'm brown skinned) :)

You could always try to go for some sheer tights that have a white design printed them and then look for some simple black heels to pair with it so the color combination goes white,black,white,black. For makeup you could try a smoky eye and for hair you could always curl or straighten it, or do a fun up-do! I don't know if this helps but I hope it does :) good luck!

I think that since there's pattern on the dress, patterned tights would kinda clash? I think some plain sheer black tights would look great(:

You definitely don't want too many patterns. A solid black tight is perfectly fine.
