I think a colored skirt with a black leather jacket would be perfect for the concert! For shirt I would do like a white crop top, or plain black/white shirt. For hair I think it'd be cute to do the like space buns Miley does with super fresh makeup and a red lip. A gold chain necklace would also be soooo cute!

Maybe a skater skirt, a tank top (or t-shirt) along with a leather jacket, flats, and then put your bun in a hair and do natural makeup(: (or maybe a dramatic eye, it's all up to you!)
