So recently I've been noticing pretty much everyday throughout the day I get these little red bumps on my forehead. They look like bug bites and can be itchy but they come randomly and only last about 30 minutes or so. It's the weirdest thing! I get them when I come out of the shower after washing my face and my forehead is where my skin is the driest and gets the most acne but it's not ance??

Sounds like an allergic reaction to maybe a body wash or a face wash. Maybe even something you're eating. I hate to cut out fast food because I would get welts.

Probably you're allergic to the dash wash your using. Try changing what you use and see if that helps. If not, I would go and see a doctor.

It could be an allergy, or a heat rash. I get the same thing on my chest when I take a warm shower (or get overheated).
