What are some good ways to clear pimples that won't go away?? I have 3 pimples that won't budge no matter what I do!

Try washing your face and not touching them. Touching the pimples will only make them worse. Otherwise you should go to a doctor and ask what they prescribe for your pimples 😉
Btw, St. Ives is HORRIBLE!

Crush up aspirin, add a little water and put it on the pimples overnight.

Liquid Advil Gels, just break open and apply to the blemish, and cover with a bandaid. Honey is good too, just apply and do the same by covering with a bandaid. I use a gentle face cleanser from CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, a toner (Sea Breeze Sensitive or Neutrogena Stress Control is good, I think thats the name, its in an orange bottle), and I use CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion. You could also steam your face by boiling water and then stick a towel over your head and sit there for 10-15 minutes, it will really help open your pores and right after apply a face mask (I love Queen Helene's Mint Julep mask or Freeman's).
