I've been hearing a lot of good and bad thigs about going no poo with my hair. I wanted to know your opinions on no poo? How I do start? Should I start?
I have thick, oily hair btw

I tried it but I noticed my hair wasn't as soft. Poo strips your hair of oils and conditioner is a smooth protective layer.

Make sure to scrub your scalp. And Natalie, there is ninety nine percent chance you were doing it wrong. What were you using? I use ACV and bakingsoda! You really have to scrub for five or ten minutes to keep that scalp clean!

Thanks:) what do you suggest for how much acv and baking soda to use?

A lot of people with curly hair, like me, don't use shampoo because it dries the curls out more. If your hair is oily I'd suggest using shampoo so your hair doesn't get greasy.

I would say half ACV have baking soda! But beware! You may want to measure before hand, because when put together they fizz, so it's harder to tell how much you put in! Good luck! Update us on how it goes!
